It includes two Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) zz z zz Dual Adjustable Outputs from 2V to 5.5V controllers adjustable from 2V to 5.5V, and two fixed 5V/ zz z zz Fixed 3.3V and 5V LDO Output : 100mA 3.3V linear regulators. Each linear regulator provides up zz z zz 1% Accuracy on 3.3V LDO Output to 100mA output current. The 5V linear regulator supplies zz z zz Frequency Adjustable Via TON Setting power to the PWM drivers. The RT8230A/B/C/D/E includes zz z zz 4700ppm/ C R Current Sensing DS(ON) on-board power-up sequencing, a power-good output, zz z zz Adjustable Current Limit Combined with Enable internal soft-start, and soft-discharge output that prevents Control negative voltage during shutdown. zz z zz Internal Soft-Start and Soft-Discharge A constant current ripple PWM control scheme operates zz z zz Thermal Shutdown without sense resistors and provides 100ns response to zz z zz RoHS Compliant and Halogen Free load transient. To eliminate noise in audio applications, an ultrasonic mode is included, which maintains the switching frequency above 25kHz. Moreover, the diode- Applications emulation mode maximizes efficiency for light load z Notebook and Sub-Notebook Computers applications.
