The z Enable Control RT9624A also builds in an internal power switch to replace z Small SOP-8, SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) and 8-Lead external bootstrap diode. The RT9624A has both the UGATE and LGATE driving circuits for synchronous rectified DC/DC Applications converter applications.
