RT9715AGF is a high performance synchronous buck converter with integrated MOSFET from Richtek. It is capable of delivering up to 4A output current with adjustable output voltage ranging from 0.8V to 5V. It features a single-stage PWM conversion architecture that provides excellent line and load regulation with fast transient response. It also features integrated over current, over temperature, and under voltage lock-out (UVLO) protection. It is designed to meet Energy Star, ErP/EuP, DoE Level VI, and COP standards. It is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications including low power servers, monitor and projector power supplies, set-top box power supplies, and ATX and SFX power supplies.
