Additional Infomation About Product

The RT9801BGE is a low-side advanced constant current LED driver from Richtek. It is designed to deliver a constant current to one or more LEDs in a series circuit up to a maximum of 40 mA. It is capable of directly driving up to 10 LEDs and is suitable for usage in a variety of LED lighting applications. The device includes built-in open and over-temperature protection and over-current limit functions to ensure safety and reliability. It is available in an SOIC10 package, is AEC-Q100 qualified, and can operate over a temperature range of -40 to 125°C.
