The ROHM BD61245EFV-E2 is a Motor / Motion / Ignition Controller & Driver DRV PWM Soft SW 1.8A 4-16 HTSSOP-B16 package. It is designed to control the functions of a brushed or brushless DC motor, stepper motor, or linear actuator. It feature pulse-width modulation (PWM) soft switching with a low-saturation power supply current of up to 1.8A. The device is packaged in a 16-pin HTSSOP-B16 form factor that can be mounted on a printed circuit board. It also includes interfaces for ambient temperature sensing, current sensing, and serial communications. It is suitable for battery powered applications in automotive, industrial, consumer, medical, and other electronic applications.
