Co.The BD62012AFS-E2 is an integrated motor/motion/ignition controller and driver that uses a 3-phase control technique to operate a motor at 10-18V. It is manufactured by ROHM Company and comes packaged in an SSOP-A24 package. It uses a synchronous rectification control method to reduce power losses that occur during high currents and also incorporates an overcurrent protection circuit to protect the circuit from short circuit. The device is ideal for applications such as motor/motion control, power inverters, induction cooker, and spindle motor control. It also features low noise due to removal of shoot-through current and allows efficient driving of motors.
