Output Current The BD9325FJ-LB, BD9326EFJ-LB and BD9329EFJ BD9327EFJ-LB : 4.0A (Max) LB are step-down regulators with built-in low resistance BD9326EFJ-LB: 3.0A (Max) high side N-Channel MOSFET.
