Additional Infomation About Product

The BU91796FS-ME2 with LCD Drivers Low Duty LCD Segment DRVR is an integrated circuit from ROHM Semiconductor. It includes 12 LCD output drivers, plus common and segment outputs for driving up to 6 characters of 7 segment LCD displays. This IC is designed to work with low duty displays and features low on-resistance with current mirrors for current amplification, allowing it to drive up to 10mA of display current. It also boasts wide operating temperature range (-40C to +85C) and low power consumption (0.15W max). This IC is ideal for battery driven applications where long battery life is desired.
