The RB160MM-50TFTR Schottky diodes & rectifiers manufactured by ROHM are surface-mount devices in the SOD-123FL package. They are 40V VR 1A 0.51V VF PMDU diodes, which provide a low forward voltage drop and fast reverse recovery times. They can be used for reverse bias current rectification, over-current and voltage protection, signal rectification, switching power supplies, and more. The maximum average forward rectified current is 1A and the forward current surge can reach 2A, allowing the device to be used in higher current applications. The RB160MM-50TFTR is designed for use in applications up to 50V and is qualified according to the AEC-Q101 standard.
