VH648 is a 120-Watt discrete step-down isolated power module developed by VI Chip Inc. It is rated Field Effect Transistor (FET) based AC/DC switching power supply module. Its main components are MOSFETs, set reset ICs, and protection circuits. It has a high power density and high efficiency up to 95.5%. This module features over power, over voltage, and over temperature protection. It has two outputs: (1) an adjustable output from 12 to 54V and (2) a fix output of 12V ± 5%. It is RoHS and UL certified, and comes in a compact TO-220 package. It is ideal for applications such as industrial automation, security systems, communication systems, and medical equipment.
