Additional Infomation About Product

DBI 6-04 P is part of the Semikron range of power electronic components. It is a high current thyristor module, with 6 terminals and a package size of 60 x 50mm. It can handle up to 600A for DC applications, and up to 500A for AC applications. It has a low inductive connection, with a low stray inductance of just 0.2mH, and a low di/dt of only 14A/µs. The maximum gate current is 300mA and the reverse stand-off voltage is 600V. It also has an adjustable current limit, and an integrated thermal sensor, making it suitable for a wide range of power switching and control applications.
