Additional Infomation About Product

The SK50GB065 is a power module produced by Semikron, a German manufacturer of power semiconductors. It is designed for use in motor drives, converters, and other applications that require higher power levels. The unit consists of two surface mount IGBTs with an integrated positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistor. It is rated for 650 V and 50 A, with a maximum bottom-side junction temperature of 175°C, an only-conduction loss of 61 W, and a maximum reverse voltage of 20 V. The parts are UL approved and comply with UL1557 and EN60950 standards, and are RoHS-compliant.
