This is a lightweight, 1.6kV, 72A thyristor module manufactured by Semikron, and part of its SEMITOP3 family of devices. It features two opposing thyristors within a single housing, with a peak forward blocking voltage of 1kA, and a T63 current-controlled standard gate trigger. This part is designed for use in motor drives, welding machines and UPS applications.
