The SKHI 10/17 R with Driver; 8A; 1.7kV; SEMIDRIVER; Out: IGBT driver is an semiconductor device manufactured by Semikron. It is designed for use with IGBTs rated for up to 1.7kV, 8A, and is suitable for a wide range of power electronics applications. It features a built-in EMC filter for reliability and features short circuit and thermal protection for overcurrent and short circuit protection. It incorporates Semikron’s soft switching feature to help reduce energy consumption. The SEMIDRIVER offers improved reliability, higher efficiency, and excellent surge robustness characteristics.
