SKHI22AR is a 22A, 600V dual-N-channel integrated power module made by Semikron. It offers two levels of protection against over-current, over-temperature and short circuits, for the most efficient and safe operation of power electronics applications. Its high current- and voltage-handling capabilities make SKHI22AR ideal for DC motor control, automotive and industrial applications. The device provides improved reliability and optimized power losses by incorporating advanced drain source capabilities, and its low conduction losses reduce heat generation and increase efficiency. This module is RoHS compliant, qualified according to JEDEC, and is optimized for advanced power transistor packaging and thermal properties.
