Additional Infomation About Product

The SKKD100/08 is a 12 A IGBT/Diode Module from Semikron with a press-pack package. It is a high-performance half-bridge module that is suitable for a wide range of power switching applications. This power module features low losses and high surge capability, and includes a fast-free wheel diode. The module is encapsulated in a module case with a baseplate for heat transfer and connections for the IGBTs and the diode. It is rated for use at junction temperatures up to 175 °C and at operating temperatures up to 150 °C.
