LCDA12C-1 and LCDA15C-1 Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array PRELIMINARY PROTECTION PRODUCTSPROTECTION PRODUCTS Features Description The LCDAxxC-1 is a low capacitance transient voltage Transient protection to high-speed data lines suppressor (TVS) diode array. It is designed to protect IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) 15kV (air), 8kV (contact) sensitive CMOS ICs from the damaging effects of ESD IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) 40A (5/50ns) and lightning. Each device will protect one line in IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) 0.5kV, 12A (8/20s) common (line-to-ground) mode or one line pair in Configuration optimized for easy board layout metallic (Line-to-line) mode.
