The package includes a cathode and an anode, and the maximum reverse current in the off-state is very low, with a maximum total power dissipation of 300mW. The device can be used in standard applications, such as in power supplies and for protection against voltage transients, and it is designed to operate in temperatures between the range of -55°C and 150°C.
