SC410 3A EcoSpeed Step-Down Regulator with LDO and Ultrasonic Power Save POWER MANAGEMENT Features Description Input voltage 5.5V to 24V The SC410 is an integrated, synchronous 3A EcoSpeed Output voltage 0.75V to 7.5V step-down regulator. It incorporates Semtechs advanced, Output current Up to 3A patented adaptive on-time architecture to achieve best- Internal reference + 1% in-class dynamic performance using point-of-load appli- Small ceramic capacitors cations. The input voltage range is 5.5V to 24V with a Power good pin (open-drain) programmable output voltage from 0.75V up to 7.5V. The Adaptive on-time control: device features an internal LDO and ultrasonic PSAVE Excellent transient response mode for high efficiency across the output load range. Programmable pseudo-fixed frequency during CCM Adaptive on-time control provides programmable Fault protection features: pseudo-fixed frequency operation in continuous conduc - Cycle-by-cycle current limit tion and excellent transient performance. The switching Short circuit protection frequency can be set from 200kHz to 1MHz, allowing the Over and under output voltage protection designer to reduce external LC lfi tering and minimize light Over-temperature load (standby) losses. Internal soft-start Ultrasonic power save and smart PSAVE Additional features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, Internal LDO for bias voltage soft start, input UVLO and output OV protection, and over Ultra-small lead-free 3 x 3mm, 10-Pin MLPD package temperature protection.
