The Sensata L513F Discrete Semiconductor Module POWER MODULE is a single-channel advanced power switching module. This module provides highly efficient power management and can be used in a variety of applications including motor control, light dimming, switching power supplies, and power line communications. The module is designed for use with a wide range of semiconductor and logic devices, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, BJTs, and Diodes. The L513F is capable of controlling AC and DC loads of up to 800V and 20A. It has a built-in error detection system and a protective over-current and short-circuit shutdown system.
