The 1-100711-01 part from Sensirion is an 18-pin Digital Pin-Type Humidity and Temperature Sensor. It is a highly accurate composite sensing element which offers exceptional reliability and stability for the measurement of relative humidity and temperature. The sensor utilizes both a capacitive polymer sensor and a thin-film platinum RTD (resistance temperature detector) to determine humidity and temperature with an accuracy of ±3% RH and +/- 0.3°C respectively. It is designed to be used in a variety of applications including clean room control, environmental monitoring, moisture protection and detection, and process control.
