ultrasonic sensor The FR 18-2 RM-PS-L4 is a miniature ultrasonic sensor that is capable of detecting objects and objects within a range of 2-8 meters (7-26 feet). It is designed for mounting on a wall, ceiling or other horizontal surface and is capable of detecting objects up to 6 mm (0.24 inches) in size at these long ranges. The sensor also has a built-in relay that can be used to trigger an alarm or trigger a remote control device when an object is detected. The sensor is resistant to harsh industrial conditions and is IP65 rated for protection against water and dust.
