It has a 60V maximum reverse voltage, a peak forward current of 100mA, low forward voltage drop, and very low capacitance and series resistance so it is especially suitable for switching applications, such as load switches, switching regulators, and high-speed signal circuits. The device meets RoHS requirements and is designed to provide the highest reliability and long service life. It is provided in a hermetically-sealed SMAF package.
