The GRSE18-N2427 is part of the SICK range of proximity switches. It is a cylinder-shaped inductive sensor that utilizes 89.3 mm x 62.5 mm (M30 x 1.5) nickel-plated brass housing. This inductive sensor is designed to detect metal objects in its sensing field, providing a switching signal when they come into contact. The GRSE18-N2427 has a sensing range of 18mm to 24mm and is an ideal choice for applications that require a long reach and reliable detection of metal objects. It can also be used in applications where a non-contact sensing approach is needed, such as collision prevention systems. The GRSE18-N2427 is RoHS compliant and provides reliable and accurate switching performance.
