Additional Infomation About Product

The GRTE18-N1142 is a proxicode proximity/photoelectric sensor manufactured by Sick. It is designed for automated industrial machinery, process control, and machine safeguarding applications. The GRTE18-N1142 operates in a range from 0.5 to 10 meters and can detect objects as small as 5 mm. The sensor is equipped with built-in LED emitters and LED receivers to detect up to 18 mm of target material and is capable of rejecting objects larger than 18 mm. The GRTE18-N1142 is housed in a rugged and durable aluminum housing with a screw type M12 connector for easy installation and wiring. It features a sensing range up to 30 ms, an adjustable sensing distance up to 10 meters and an ATEX-approved tag for operation in hazardous areas.
