The C8051F230-GQ is a microcontroller from Silicon Labs that features a 8-bit 8051-compatible CPU core (C8051 Core), with up to 16KB Flash memory and 768 bytes of RAM. It operates up to 50 MIPS at 24MHz, up to 4KB on-chip Flash and 50MHz for Timer/Counters, and supports up to 24 General-Purpose (GP) I/O pins. The part also supports Clock Control, multiple UARTs and SPI interfaces, as well as an 8-bit A/D converter up to 13 analog channels. It is also low power, consuming only 0.67 mA/MHz. It is ideal for consumer and factory automation control, embedded data acquization, as well as turn-key home and building control applications.
