The SI8405AB-A-IS1 is a digital isolator manufactured by Silicon Labs, and is a uni- and bi-directional isolator with a 2.5 kV isolation rating. It integrates two galvanic isolation channels that support 24 Mbps data rate, allowing for reliable data transmission on both sides of the isolator. Its two bidirectional channels provide single-ended or differential input/output signals for digital information transmission. The isolator features industry-leading performance and low power consumption, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The SI8405AB-A-IS1 has a space-saving 8-pin SOIC package and is ideal for isolating communication buses, microprocessor interfaces, and other applications that require high levels of electrical isolation.
