TS6001 A 7ppm/C, 0.08% Precision +2.5V Voltage Reference in SOT23 FEATURES DESCRIPTION Improved Electrical Performance The TS6001 is a 3-terminal, series-mode 2.5-V over MAX6025 precision voltage reference and is a pin-for-pin, Initial Accuracy: identical to the MAX6025 voltage reference with 0.08% (max) TS6001A improved electrical performance. The TS6001 0.16% (max) TS6001B consumes only 31A of supply current at no-load, Temperature Coefficient: exhibits an initial output voltage accuracy of less than 7ppm/C (max) TS6001A 0.08%, and a low output voltage temperature 10ppm/C (max) TS6001B coefficient of 7ppm/C. In addition, the TS6001s Quiescent Supply Current: 35A (max) output stage is stable for all capacitive loads to Low Supply Current Change with V : 0.1A/V 2200pF and is capable of sinking and sourcing load IN Output Source/Sink Current: 500A currents up to 500A. Low Dropout at 500A Load Current: 75mV Since the TS6001 is a series-mode voltage reference, Load Regulation: 30ppm/mA Line Regulation: 10ppm/V its supply current is not affected by changes in the applied supply voltage unlike two-terminal shunt- Stable with C up to 2200pF LOAD mode references that require an external resistor. The TS6001s small form factor and low supply APPLICATIONS current operation all combine to make it an ideal Battery-Operated Equipment choice in low-power, precision applications.
