The MBR10100 rectifier diode is a high-current switching diode made of silicon. It is commonly used in power supply, TV receiver circuits, and high-voltage applications. The diode is rated to withstand up to 1,000 Volts and 25 Amps of forward current. The diode has a maximum forward voltage drop of 1 Volt and offers extremely fast switching times, making it ideal for high-frequency circuits. The diode is easy to mount and provides excellent thermal performance due to its low thermal resistance.
