The MBR1035 is a power Schottky rectifier manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is a high-voltage, high-current rectifier that can be used for a variety of DC-DC converter applications. It is ideal for high-frequency switch-mode power supplies and is an ideal replacement for the traditional Schottky rectifier in applications that require a higher surge current capability. The MBR1035 has enhanced reverse linearity, which helps increase efficiency and reduce power loss. It is also RoHS compliant and can operate at temperatures ranging from -55°C to +150°C. The MBR1035 is a great choice for applications where fast switching and high-current carry are needed.
