BD538 SPTECH

The BD538 with TO-220C Pre-ordered transistors ROHS manufactured by SPTECH is an NPN power transistor designed for exacting power switching applications. The ‘C’ suffix indicates it is designed and constructed under optimized conditions and has pre-ordered 100 percent burn-in quality assurance. It is designed with special features such as ultra-fast switching, low collector saturation voltage, and high internal power dissipation. Its structure is optimized for low thermal resistance for reliable operation in high power dissipation circuits. It features an inter-elec connection for improved thermal conductivity. It has a maximum collector current of 7.5A and a maximum collector-emitter voltage ofn 40V with a relative humidity range of 3-95%. The TO-220 case assembly can handle dissipating up to 1W of heat.
