The STMicroelectronics ACS110-7SN is an integrated circuit designed for appliance, lighting and other electronic solutions. It is a high-voltage three-phase brushless DC motor driver with sinusoidal drive capabilities. It contains a pre-driver stage, three high-precision 650 V insulating power MOSFETs and integrated gate drivers, offering a wide range of features to provide a reliable and efficient solution for brushless dc motor adjustment applications. It is a monolithic device capable of delivering up to 1.5 A RMS (2 A peak) phase current, providing excellent performance for high power applications. The ACS110-7SN also features an integrated control logic to provide synchronization and current control. Other features include over temperature protection, over current protection and high efficiency.
