The ADC120IPT is a 16-bit, low power, successive approximation, sigma-delta analog to digital converter (ADC) manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is housed in a TSSOP 16 package with a pitch of 0.65mm. The ADC120IPT has an analog input voltage range of -5v to +5v, with an ultra-low power consumption of 160µA at +2.5v. It features a max sampling rate of 10 MHz, 20MHz at 1.8V, 45MHz at 1.2V, and 88MHz at 0.9V. The ADC120IPT features wide dynamic range (97dB SNR for gain=1), high accuracy (9 ENOB at 10MS/s and +2.5V) and high linearity (INL of 1.2LSB) for unbeatable performance. It also includes an integrated voltage reference, allowing for a low component count design solution.
