The BTB06-600BWRG is an 800 V blocking triac (BTR) with a 0.6 A gate trigger current, developed by STMicroelectronics. It is a sensitive gate triac with a 6-amp rated current per terminal, and is suitable for use in general-purpose switching applications. The BTB06-600BWRG features a fast operating speed, excellent commutation characteristics, and integrated G-TR contact protection to improve the long-term reliability.
