The L6235PD is a part of the STMicroelectronics Power Block series of integrated devices. It is a 6-channel integrated motor driver IC, specifically designed for applications such as office automation, medical, home appliance, and printing systems. It features three half-bridges, a high voltage pre-driver, logic control and diagnostics logic. The IC provides drives up to 22A peak and 6A RMS, with integrated overcurrent protection and short-to-ground protection. It includes a regulated 5V floating supply for digital and logic functions, as well as a 9V supply for the motor phases.
