Additional Infomation About Product

The L6395DTR with Gate Drivers High VTG gate driver is an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) driver produced by STMicroelectronics. This device has a very high voltage rating up of up to 1200V, and its integrated high speed gate driver circuit can support a wide range of power switches up to 300A. The driver is rated for output currents of up to 3A and features level shifting, pulse-width modulation control, and independent logic and gate signals for each power switch. It has an advanced shutdown logic circuit to minimize power dissipation, and is designed for use in electric cars, renewable energy systems, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs), industrial motor applications, and consumer power supplies.
