The L78L09ACZ-TR is an ultra-low-voltage, positive-voltage regulator from STMicroelectronics. It is an 3-pin, adjustable, and non-isolated device that can supply up to 100mA of current. The adjustable voltage of this regulator ranges between 1.5 and 10V, with a output accuracy of 0.8%, and a dropout voltage of 0.5V. This device is not intended for use in life support applications, and it has an operating temperature range of -40 to 125C. The package of this product is a transistor outline (TO-92) and the device has over-temperature and short-circuit protection.
