The LD3985M18R is an integrated 3A step-down switching converter from STMicroelectronics. It has a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 60 V and output voltage range of 0.8 V to 18 V. It has ±1% output voltage accuracy and a high-efficiency at light and full-load's. It features programmable PWM frequency, adjustable VCOMP comparator reference voltage, pre-biased start-up, output soft-start and thermal shutdown protection. The device supports input current limit, short-circuit protection, under-voltage lockout, and overload protection. The package size is SOP-7L.
