It embeds an 2 EEPROM memory. It can be operated from an I C Contactless interface interface or by a 13.56 MHz RFID reader or an NFC Forum Type 4 Tag NFC phone. ISO/IEC 14443 Type A 2 The I C interface uses a two-wire serial interface, 106 Kbps data rate consisting of a bidirectional data line and a clock 2 Internal tuning capacitance: 25 pF line. It behaves as a slave in the I C protocol.
