The M41T93RMY6F is an SPI Real Time Clock (RTC) IC Clock/Calendar manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is an 18-SOX, 18-SOIC package with a 7.5mm width crystal. It offers a wide variety of functions to keep the system date, time, and control. It can measure from 1 second down to 1/32767 of a second. It also offers an alarm with IRQ and inhibited time. The M41T93RMY6F also features a built-in trickle charger that can maintain the battery by supplying the circuit with a low current even when the power is off. Its power supply voltage ranges from 1.8V to 3.3V and it has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
