M74HC151 8-channel multiplexer Datasheet - production data Description The M74HC151 is a high-speed CMOS 8-channel multiplexer manufactured using silicon 2 gate C MOS technology. SO16 TSSOP16 It provides, in one device, the ability to select one bit of data from up to eight sources. The M74HC151 can be used as a universal function generator to generate any logic function of four Features variables. Outputs Y and W are complementary; High speed: t = 17 ns (typ.) at V = 6 V PD CC the selection depends on the address inputs A, Low power dissipation: B, and C. The strobe input must be taken low to I = 4 A (max.) at T = 25 C enable this device. When the strobe is high, the CC A W output is forced high and consequently the Y High noise immunity: V = V = 28 % V (min.) output goes low.
