M74HC4094 8-bit SIPO shift latch register (3-state) Datasheet - production data Applications Automotive Industrial Computer SO16 TSSOP16 Consumer Description Features The M74HC4094 device is a high speed CMOS 8-bit SIPO shift latch register fabricated with High speed: f = 80 MHz (typ.) at V = 6 V MAX CC 2 silicon gate C MOS technology. It consists of an Low power dissipation: 8-bit shift register and an 8-bit latch with 3-state I = 4 A (max.) at T = 25 C CC A output buffer. Data is shifted serially through the High noise immunity: shift register on the positive going transition of the V = V = 28% V (min.) clock input signal. The output of the last stage NIH NIL CC (QS) can be used to cascade several devices. Symmetrical output impedance: I = I = 4 mA (min.)
