NIH NIL CC It features injection current effect control which Pin and function compatible with series 4051, makes the device particularly suited for use in 4851 automotive applications where voltages in excess Latch-up performance exceeds 500 mA of normal logic voltages are common. The (JESD 17) injection current effect control allows signals at ESD performance disabled input channels to exceed the supply voltage range or go down to ground without HBM: 2000 V affecting the signal of the enabled analog MM: 200 V channel. CDM: 1000 V This eliminates the need for external diode- resistor networks typically used to keep the analog channel signals within the supply voltage range. Table 1.
