Additional Infomation About Product

The P6KE18A is a 6.0 V unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) designed to protect electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. This device has 18V overvoltage protection and can absorb current up to 400A with a stand-off voltage of 6.0 V. It has a fast response time (less than 1.0 ns) and is rated for 3A of continuous current, making it suitable for protecting data line applications such as USB ports, Ethernet ports, and expansion ports. The P6KE18A is available in SOD-128 and SMA packages, with a thermal stability rating of 175°C.
