The SRK1001TR is a switching controller IC from STMicroelectronics' INDUSTRIAL & POWER CONVERSION product line. It is designed to provide a safe and reliable power supply up to 0.3A and is optimized for USB PD applications for Automotive, Industrial, Home Appliance and White Goods. It features integrated MOSFETS, adjustable output voltage, adjustable current-limit, active-protection, and undervoltage lockout and oscillator. This device is capable of operating in both discontinuous-conduction mode (DCM) and continuous-conduction mode (CCM) and can provide overvoltage tap-off via an external resistor. It also includes built-in logic for protection against over-voltage, over-current and short circuits for fast and safe application response. It is available in an operational temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and provides a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 14V.
