The STGIB10CH60TS-E IGBT module from STMicroelectronics is a SLLIMM 2nd series IPM, 3-phase inverter module equipped with 15 A, 600 V short-circuit rugged IGBTs. The IGBTs are designed to offer superior power delivery and thermal performance in applications such as inverters, welders, converters, traction and motor control systems. The module also comes with a host of features, such as short-circuit ruggedness, over-temperature protection and an insulation rating of 4 kV.
