Additional Infomation About Product

The STISO621WTR is a dual-channel digital isolator manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a digital isolator for data transmission, providing galvanic isolation up to 3750Vrms for 1 minute. This isolator features low on-state resistance, wide common-mode transient immunity and fast switching speed. The product utilizes Silicon–oxide–nitride–oxide–silicon (SONOS) technology to minimize power consumption and provide space savings in a 3mm x 3mm Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) package. The device also features an integrated common-mode filter that rejects common-mode noise. The STISO621WTR is suitable for high-voltage isolation applications such as industrial digital communications networks, isolated power supplies, single-sourced motor drives, and medical systems for isolation and noise protection.
