The STTH802G is an ultra-fast recovery diodes from STMicroelectronics. It is designed to provide an efficient and cost-effective solution to rectify high-frequency voltage pulses in frequency inverters and choppers. This device is capable of switching up to 8 A of continuous current, and can handle up to 20 A peak current in short pulses. It has an ultra-fast recovery time of 45 ns, making it suitable for high frequency applications. It is rated for operation at a maximum working voltage of 800 V. The device features built-in temperature and over-current protection.
