The T835-800B-TR is a single-phase inverter consisting of an Ultra-Low Voltage Transformer/Rectifier (ULT-R) integrated circuit (IC) and a P-channel transistor driver IC, both manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The product is designed to drive small, single-phase brushless DC motors and is capable of providing up to 800mA of continuous output current. The IC supports ultra-low voltage operation from 4.5V up to 28V and is compatible with 3.3V and 5V microcontroller systems. It features built-in over-voltage, over-temperature, and programmable current-limit protection. It also features a built-in auto-restart, whereby the IC is capable of restarting after a momentary shutdown. The product is RoHS compliant and provides high accuracy current control.
