The TPA62 with Surge Suppressors 62V 50uA Bidirect is a series of overvoltage protection products manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The device is designed to provide an efficient positive temperature coefficient (PTC) in a low package size, making it ideal for use in various applications. It delivers fast response time and low clamping voltage when used for overvoltage protection in various consumer electronics. It also features short-circuit and reverse bias protection. The Bidirect option means it can protect both the positive and negative sides of a voltage differential, making it suitable for use as a bidirectional overvoltage protection circuit.
